Both candidates expressed their appreciation for NARAL NC PAC’s endorsement and renewed their commitment to fight for working women and families in their districts.

“The aggressive attacks on women’s rights and reproductive freedoms at the state and federal level are appalling,” said Pricey Harrison. “I vow for as long as I serve the public in the legislature to be a stalwart and unwavering supporter of women, their families, and their right to choose.”

Gladys Robinson added, “I will continue to advocate strongly for the rights of women to make their own choices.  This is not 1898, it is 2014 and women must stand for our own rights. I stand for women.”
