NARAL Pro-Choice North Carolina is the only statewide organization that works exclusively to protect and advance the reproductive rights of all North Carolinians. We serve as an advocate and voice for the 76% of North Carolinians who believe reproductive health care decisions should be made by individuals–not politicians.
With thousands of activists across the state, we are a go-to resource for legislators, the media, and the public on reproductive rights issues. We advocate for policies that promote access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare, and we aggressively mobilize to defeat anti-choice legislation. We hold elected officials accountable, while educating and informing our community about the impact that harmful anti-choice legislation has on women’s health and well-being. Finally, we help elect candidates who support reproductive health and rights, and we work to actively defeat anti-choice opponents.
